VIPKID offers some applicants an express interview. This is usually offered to applicants who have a lot of experience teaching.

1min intro about yourself (background and experience):
Example: Hello, my name is Theresa Confer. I have 8 years experience in the field of education. I am certified in secondary education with emphasis in English. I taught ESL summer camps in a traditional classroom 2 years in a row. I taught preschool, worked in autistic support, and have been a substitute teacher.
Next, you will teach 2 slides bicycle for 30 seconds, Letter M 30 seconds (mouse, monkey …elephant = non example)
